Publishing Guidelines

Manuscripts, encompassing research papers and book reviews, should be submitted in MS Word format, accompanied by concise author bios and comprehensive contact information. All submissions undergo a meticulous double-blind peer-review process at both national and international levels. The publication outcome hinges on the acceptance or rejection conveyed through the peer-reviewed evaluations. Contributors, comprising both reviewers and authors, receive a modest honorarium from the LIRA Journal. Importantly, no article processing charges are levied. Authors who have published their research articles are eligible to contribute again after two consecutive LIRA Journal issues.
